AL MADA GROUP organized a self skill development training program for employees on 02/11/2012 at ALLADDIN RESTAURANT-AL AIN ball room conducted by the international trainer Mr.C. Balachandran. Attractive gifts were distributed to the participants who raised valuable ideas and suggestions.

AL MADA GROUP self development training program was helpful to the employees and they have enjoyed the session with interaction and group discussions.

AL MADA group was organized the training program in co operation with AL BARSHA electronics-Dubai.

The training program was a good mental change to the employees and it encouraged them to perform their duty with new energy and power

The training session was discussed about the challenges effected the entire market due to the recession and the ways how to overcome the threats and achieve the targets. AL MADA distributed the exployee of the year prize to Mr.Kunhaaramu and AL BARSHA distributed the same to Mr. Abdul Nazar.
